Good product
Firm and soft. Good material, adjustable, easy to use.Perfect to hold neck upstraight while typing or reading. Avoiding muscle pain.

Good but snug
Bought for a someone who has been struggling with neck issues this has been really good to help keep their head up is very soft and comfortable, with good support. Only issue is the neck brace is a little snug so we might need to extend the Velcro a little bit which is why not five stars

Recommend to measure own neck before purchasing
Good value for money, only issue is that it was smaller than expected so have had to order a different one. Other than that it looks great and makes a big difference from my elderly aunt wearing a neck brace and much more easy for her especially with eating etc. First day wearing it yesterday so will see how she goes on

Straps to short
While it would fit okay and is well made it is way to short for a normal average adult. ive had to modify myself by extending the length of the straps by 4 inches. Would have cost the makers nothing to make straps a bit longer.

At Last!
After trying several other brand neck collars, I have finally found one that actually supports my neck in the way I wanted. Suffering from the blight of osteoarthritis, in so many bones but, the worst is my spine/neck. I feel as if my head cannot be supported by my neck. This product is the answer, it is also the CHEAPEST of the many bought in error! Not too spongy (head drops putting pressure on the neck base, which defeats the objectivity of it!), not too rigid (unable to move/uncomfortable/ and, unable to eat, drink or swallow easily). So, my title explained. AT LAST ! Eureka

Not for men with necks over 19"
Advert says it will fit necks up to 21" mine is 19" and it's nowhere near able to fit. Utter waist of time.

Great product
I got this to help my dad after he injured his neck. Can happily say that it works perfectly. The fit was just right for him and gave him plenty of support and helped ease the pain he was having. Would highly recommend this item for anyone who has had the same injury.

Helpful with good design
Well made, and I like the vent that helps the skin to breathe. Its comfortable to wear and offers good support.
