I don’t have any barbies to try but I highly doubt one would fit. It’s not very big and No leg room

Can it ride in the snow ?

Depends on your treads. Mine are trashed but does well with snow chains on the tires…unless drifting is your thing. On ice and hard snowpack this thing drifts like a dream!

how customizable is it, is it upgradeable?

no.. not a professional RC car.. it is better than the cheap ones at walmart around Christmas. It is more solid, but still just a toy.
