The padding is much softer, making longer play sessions way more comfortable, and it doesn’t leave as many marks on my face like the original one did. It also seems to block out more light, which is great for immersion.That said, the nose flap is bigger than expected and gets in the way. It tends to press down too much, and I found it a bit distracting.
