This helicopter is fantastic. the detail and graphics look great. There was an issue with this one after i had it for awhile, that the blades would turn for a few seconds and not lift off. I contacted Rebecca and she was so helpful in resolving the problem. She sent me a replacement helicopter. I contacted the company to inform them of the issue, but I didn't expect to receive a replacement. The service that she provided was above and beyond. I highly recommend this helo. Very easy to fly and well worth the money.

Had a battery issue on the second helicopter i bought from this company. Customer Service got right back yo me and solved the issue with a free replacement. Great experience

It is easy to control even for young children. My 7 and 4 year old both could fly it with little help. The only issue is the rechargeable battery life is very short. Only last about 10 mins of flying time.

Beware!!! Minus 5 Stars if it was available. I rarely write reviews, but I'm so upset that I decided to do a video and write one. This has to be the worst RC helicopter I have ever owned, and I have owned at least five helis, small and large ones. Simply said, it does not work. I guess those Vine reviews were because it was "free". I am uploading a video showing the problem. There is absolutely no control over this thing. It takes off on maximum speed and goes straight to the ceiling. After that, you have no control on the heli whatsoever. Once it goes up, does not respond to DOWN (land) no matter what you do on the controls. Tried everything. At first test, I did not realize a product can be so defective in such a way that I set the thing on the floor for its maiden flight. Sure enough, it went up like a rocket onto my ceiling and would not come down until I jumped up and finally grabbed it. Obviously, it ruined my popcorn ceiling and I had to patch it afterwards. (What a mess!!!) You can see in the video. Once it spins, the DOWN throttle does not respond. Not even the one-touch land button. After a short while, the top blade stops by itself, but the lower blade continues to spin. Most of the time, the only way to stop it is to turn off the heli using the On/Off button on its body. Absolutely garbage, I would suggest anyone who is still brave enough to buy this, do your first test holding the heli in your hands. Make sure you can fully control it before you let it go.

Devo dire che questi elicotteri telecomandati sono migliorati tantissimo nel corso degli anni. Questo modello è uno dei più economici che ho trovato ma si comporta davvero bene, è semplice da pilotare e molto stabile (in particolare in casa o in totale assenza di vento). Ecco, attenzione in esterno perchè essendo molto leggero anche il più semplice soffio di vento rischia di renderlo meno facile da pilotare, consiglio di fare prima molti voli al chiuso in modo da avere una buona padronanza dei comandi. La batteria è buona ma chiaramente dura solo pochi minuti, si ricarica comunque velocemente, per il prezzo pagato (poco più di 20 euro) direi che va benissimo
