Feature packed
These ATS units are fun to play with because of all the features and functions they have for the little amount of money they cost. Reception on all bands is great. You may want to get a set of those "donut" antennas, tunable ones, to get better reception on the AM band. If you're into radio at all and even if you're not, you'll have good time with one of these radios. The battery last quite some time before charging and if you want to go further get some BNC connectors with an SMA or such etc. end to connect to and outdoor antenna or an MLA30+ antenna and you'd be surprised what you can pick up.
