Plenty Skin left on so it comes up so crispy
Skin covers the whole thigh - this goes crispy and keeps the meat underneath incredibly juicy. It is a fact that free range meat is always tougher as the animal has had a chance to move around and use its muscles- but these thighs are always succulent. Easy to take off the bone and shred the meat for fussy eaters also Make a great stock for chicken noodle soup
