It has three pouches which attach to the inside via velcro. They seemed fine, but I didn't need them, so took them out. I like that they are detachable. The box is very sturdy and holds all testing supplies (monitor, lancets, ETOH pads, pens, needles and testing strips) with plenty of room to spare. I ordered one with bright colors on the outside in case I ever misplace it, as it's easier to identify against any background. The zippers function just fine and there's a blank square on one side of the case that I was easily able to affix labels with return information to. I'm very pleased with this purchase. I've had it for several weeks now, as I wanted to use it a bit before giving a review, and I would definitely buy it again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Diabetic Organizer (used for insulin pump supplies) - only minor velcro issues *by C***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 14, 2018* Sturdy hard case that handles travel really well. Beautiful design on the outside. I like the different compartments and how the 3 bags are detachable.. I am still working on organizing everything into it's "proper place" so I can get frustrated with it a bit but it is still WAY better than all the little cases I was using before.I did read the measurements online, but I guess I really didn't understand how big this thing is.. I carry a large purse (pictured below with coffee cup for ref) and this basically takes up the whole main compartment (pic below), but since I only started carrying a purse becasue of my diabetic supplies I don't see much of an issue with it.The only complaint I have is the velcro seems to not grip very well. The mesh pocket on the one side comes undone rather easily so things can fall out of it and move about the case more. The pouches seems to hold fine, it's only if they don't make full contact because of the indentation of the logo that they seem to shift a bit. I would not suggest just putting lancets in this case without being held in some other sort of small container or bag though, becasue of the mesh pocket opening rather easily and the detachable bags have pretty large gaps even when you close the top flaps. (That's what the finding nemo tin is in my case, pictured below - my lancets!) Other than that this holds every little thing I need and I even added in backups of other meds and things just to be able to have them on me if needed. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this! It carries literally EVERYTHING; extra pod, extra dexcom G6 applicator, my testing meter, extra insulin, snacks for lows. I still have room for more! I've been a Type 1 since I was 9 mos old just dealing with the ugly cases and a huge purse/ bad, and getting this case Is AMAZING!
