I don’t drink coffee (only because I don’t like it) and have an exhausting job. One of these in the morning gives me a wonderful boost of energy to get me through my working day. I am on my second pot. It lasts me well as I don’t take them every day.

I don't usually write reviews BUT thought this was what it said it will do. It did NOTHING for me despite I religiously consumed it. Total waste of my TIME, MONEY and EFFORT. I do NOT recommend it at ALL for it's a waste of MONEY.

I’ve been taking these tablets for a few months now. It states you can take one up to 3x a day but I don’t generally have more than one. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach with a powder NALT supplement (way more effective than NALT pills. NALT is an amino acid which gives more energy and better mood). I often take it with l theanine too for an alert but relaxed state.It doesn’t make me anxious or jittery but I once took 3 in a day, flew around the neighbourhood in my crutches, and couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours that night hence why I generally stick to 1 a day. As well as being good for energy levels and concentration, green coffee bean pills also really help to keep hunger at bay and yourself from raiding the fridge between meals. I take it on waking on an empty stomach and also drink a cup of coffee. Excellent - I wouldn’t be without them now :-)
