Great toilet/ kitchen paper but comes wrapped in plastic
We have been using it for probably a couple of years. Like the toilet and kitchen paper, does the job with no problems, for what I have studied its probably the most ecological as its also made in the uk so less transportation; probably a bit on the expensive side but happy to pay for being a more considerate with the environment. But what I am very unhappy is that the last couple of times I have ordered it, it came wrapped in lots of plastic. Thats why the 3 starts if not it would be 5

Eco rolls
Really like these toilet rolls - main reason I get them is that they are chlorine free and this is hard to find on the high street. I really like that they are eco friendly and the wrapping is biodegradable plastic. Lose a star because inside the large cardboard delivery box they are enclosed in a massive polythene bag - totally unnecessary and really reduces the eco friendly credentials of the product.

Best eco friendly I have tried
I am very happy with the toilet roll - it is better quality than other toilet paper made from recycled materials. My only gripe is that the 5 packs of toilet roll came in a big piece of plastic inside the cardboard box which defeats the object of ordering eco friendly toilet roll! I will be ordering one at a time in future.

Plastic free?
I bought this specifically to reduce plastics and do my bit for the planet. Whilst I’m pleased that the individual packs of toilet paper are wrapped in compostable, potato-starch based wrapping, the 5 packs that I ordered have been wrapped in what feels very much like a normal plastic wrapper before being placed inside the box. This plastic wrapper is first of all totally pointless as the packs are well contained within the box and secondly, it renders the whole point of my buying these rolls useless! I may as well have bought supermarket, plastic wrapped rolls.

Relief!
I bought this loo paper in desperation! For many months I had been suffering with itching and had tried all kinds of remedies including one which put me in hospital on a drip! I didn't know what was causing my discomfort until I read several articles on 'netmums' describing similar issues and mentioning a branded toilet paper which I was also using. Apparently, many papers have bleach in them to make them white and this can cause an allergic reaction in many people - it is far more common than people realise. Anyway, I Googled 'bleach-free toilet paper' and this came up, so I thought, "In for a penny, in for a pound" and ordered four rolls. The moment I started using it all my problems disappeared overnight. I now have it on my 'spend and save' order once every two months and just hope they don't stop making it. It is a little thinner than ordinary paper, so you need to learn the best way to use it so as not to put your fingers through it, but it is also biodegradable, so fits in with my organic and environmental lifestyle! Would definintely recommend.

Great, but multipack wrapped in plastic!
We buy this to reduce our environmental impact, as it is made in the UK, made from recycled paper and wrapped in compostable wrapping. Ticks all these boxes. However, when buying a multipack, the individual packs are wrapped together in plastic! Some room for improvement there!

Amazon wrapped this in a huge plastic bag 🤦♀️
Product itself is fine, not luxurious but functional and similar to other recycled toilet paper. Branded packaging is great, compostable. HOWEVER... Amazon wrapped this great eco-grow friendly toilet paper in a massive plastic wrap therefore making it not the eco-friendly product it’s claiming to be. Buy direct or from alternative supplier who value the product for what it stands for.

plastic wrap
The product was fine - its just that it arrived in plastic! One of the reasons I have been searching for products is to avoid unnecessary plastic.
