I like the fact that vitamin c is added to this as it is much more palatable, but I still have to chance it with orange juice for my own preference. It does NOT taste like I am drinking pennies so this has been my go to for the past 6+ months

It doesn’t taste to bad straight up but if you don’t want to taste it at all pop it in some water or juice.

The media could not be loaded. It’s so easy to take this iron supplement. It’s a tad thick but not sour or oily. I put it under my tongue and chase it with juice for better iron absorption. Has a great balance of Zinc, Iron & vitamin B’s so has all the immune boosters one needs.Suffering from anemia, lupus, or autoimmune disorders? definitely add this to your daily regimen!!

These do not taste bad and are easy to take. Much better than pill form!

I feel that this was a waste of money. I normally buy iron gummies but I wanted to incorporate zinc and saw this combo... disappointment! I have taken for 2 weeks and don't feel a different. I'm an anemic so I can tell if iron is effective and this is NOT! IF I COULD RETURN, I WOULD!!! I for sure won't ever buy again!

Tastes great under tongue. No need to refrigerate!
