I am not able to give measurements on how my health has improved, however I did feel great while taking these and I am sure my body enjoyed the benefits as well.I will say the capsules are large, and is to be expected from all the supplements included in one capsule. I also want to mention that they have a strong odor, which is also to be expected from the oregano and garlic. To me, this is a really good thing, which makes me feel I am not just taking capsules with fillers. I had no problem with the smell due to the mentioned above, although would caution of the smell for those who may dislike such strong odors.Overall I believe this is a perfect add-on to my daily needs and health! I would highly recommend this product and would advise to consult with your health care professional before purchasing!

I wanted these because I already take zinc garlic and olive leaf extract as separate caps. I buy bulk and load my own capsules. This product gave me the same approximate dosage of each of the olive leaf and garlic, with the added bonus of the oregano, black cumin, zinc, elderberry and vitamin D3. The black pepper is in it to help the body absorb the good stuff more easily, like a catalyst. That’s a lot of stuff in one capsule.The capsules are made in Phoenix, Arizona. The company says that their products are independently tested. I asked them where they were tested and what were the results of the tests were, and all I got was that all of the products are third party tested, and that they receive a Certificate of Analysis. The results are not available to the public to prevent competitors from duplicating their product. Okay then.The size of the capsule is very close to a normal 000 capsule, only a little skinnier(see photo, lighter colored fatter capsule is standard 000). They are not difficult to swallow, imo. Once ingested, I do not notice any disagreeable taste or after-burps, so all is well in that area.It’s between difficult and impossible to know if any supplement is what it says it is. My way of knowing is to buy from a named trusted source, and/or try to dig up criticisms by doing an internet search. I wasn’t able to find anything negative about New Age or their products, so I’m trusting that the Facts sheet, on the bottle, list the actual amounts of ingredients correctly. The customer service was very quick to reply to my inquiry. That was good.These appear to be a good value, considering the number of other supplements I will be replacing.

This supplement is excellent. There is no after taste and are very easy to swallow. They have provided great immune support. I totally recommend this supplement.
