Very happy with it. Dries and styles my hair in record time. (Didn't keep my husband waiting to go out!).

Unsure what to do, the brush looks good but it has a two round pin plug.

I was overjoyed to find this as a direct replacement for a similar Babyliss item I've had for many, many years, but disappointed when it arrived to find it fitted with a 2 pin plug but no UK adaptor (for the price of this I would have expected it to be ready to use). So I've had to order a separate adaptor before I can use it. I can't see a warning that it would need an adaptor in the description. Hoping that the air brush will live up to my expectations when I can eventually use it!

Love this hair styler, it’s comfy to hold, not like some of them which are too fat to hold, the different brushes and stylers are quick and easy to interchange.

Had my BaByliss multistyler for more years than I care to remember and was delighted to find this after mine recently stopped working. However, there ought to be a note with the description to explain that this has the European 2-Pin Plug and not the UK 3 pin plug. I have returned as it was pretty expensive without the supplier providing an adapter - also noted that when I started researching the description for the plug details that it is now being sold for considerably less (within a few days!). Very disappointed.

Difficult to comment about this product. It has a 2 pin plug and not easy to use in the UK. In addition the product looked used. For that reason I can only give it 1 star

Not new as described. Used item, visible marks on it. I had to return it.
