Sticky doesn’t stick! Use screws
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The sticky doesn’t stick to well. I’ve only tried it in my truck, which was the purpose of me getting it. I didn’t want to use the screws on my dash but it looks like I’m gonna have to, to be able to use it.

holds my hand gun perfectly on my wall
I ordered this Magnetic Gun Mount, Hole Free Gun Holster for Vehicle Home or Office, Side Magazine Magnetic Suction Concealed Gun Magnet for Pistol in Wall, Desk to hang on my wall beside the headboard of my bed making it easy to find at night. It was so easy to hang on the wall and does a superb job of holding my hand gun. I am very, VERY happy with it!

Great quality! Did a good bit of research before buying, because of the reviews, holds my husbands 5.7x28 perfectly! Buying 2 more for the other vehicles!

Will scratch/damage the finish on your "item"...
This mount will score/burnish and scratch the finish on your pew pew if it is used often. After one week of daily use, my SigP320 has scratch marks on top of the slide from mounting and dismounting it. Yes, I was careful as one could be with a very strong magnet. Not happy about this at all. Would not recommend.

Magnet is too strong.
If you are wanting this as a near permanent storage solution for your pistol, then this is the buy of the century. I bought this with the intent to install in my vehicle. The magnet is so powerful that it is not realistic for personal defense. I wanted to test before installing and I'm glad I did. In order to release the weapon I must pull down forcefully and try to slide it out. The magnet keeps the barrel so tightly engaged that the front sight drags and gouges the plastic.
