Love this chili paste! Been using for a long time. Enjoy the flavors. Not too hot. Does not need refrigeration. Comes in a hard, plastic container and vacuum sealed. I add to mayo. Add to sandwiches and any place you want to add heat and flavor.

For me, a must have on the shelf. I use it often in a variety of sauces and dishes. Not just on its own, mixes wwell with other ingredients. Not overly salty and not excessively hot. Good flavor. I wish I could order it in a larger jar.
