This is much better than gluten free bread I have bought at the store. It was easy to make and tasted good.

This Thanksgiving, I was in charge of gluten-free dinner rolls for the family meal. I was determined to provide something delicious for my family members who deal with various auto-immune conditions and allergies that prevent them from eating wheat and gluten. These were absolutely what I was looking for! The rolls rose perfectly in the pans, they were fluffy, moist and had the perfect density! My mom exclaimed that this was the most satisfying bread she's ever had since having to go gluten-free. My daughters both have a wheat allergy and each snuck an extra roll because they were so delicious. My sister was the taste tester and heartily approved as she slathered a think layer of butter on a hot roll. My only complaint is that it only makes a dozen rolls and next time I'll definitely buy and make 2 packs. Everyone would have kept going back for more but alas, I only had one pack. Even if they seem a little pricey, it's worth it to have a safe and delicious meal for my family!

I make my own bread in the bread maker because store bought gluten free bread is terrible. This is my new favorite bread mix since Glutino doesn’t offer there’s anymore. But I actually like this new one better! It’s easy to make and it tastes great.

Biscuits were ok but not like regular ones. Dough is sticky and hard to handle. Taste fine.

I made a few of thes GF mixes. It’s good it’s gluten free but really the taste is too sweet for my taste. The feel in my mouth is not right.
