We had a problem with the first unit delivered. It was returned without hassle. A second one was delivered and works perfectly. It is convenient, easy to use, and both of us feel the benefit of using it. The power cord is about 4 ft so we use a 6' extension cord for our convenience. The unit is well built and works as advertised. The size is easy to move about, the motion provides us with good leg action. We will probably buy a second one from this supplier.

I use this device both under my desk when working and also by my sofa when watching tv. I love the compact size and it’s light weight, allowing me to easily move it between my work station and tv room. I would recommend a textured surface underneath rather than laminate or hardwood to prevent it from sliding. I use a small mat underneath and have no issues with it sliding. The elliptical helps me do low impact exercise during my work hours and helps me be a little more active than usual when relaxed and watching my favorite shows. The speed can be adjusted to your preference and easily accessible via the remote. I used to have a mini bike and definitely prefer this for exercise instead as I find it is less strain on the knee. My parents also use it and they had no trouble operating it on their own and found it an enjoyable way to increase daily activity.

The remote control makes' it easy to turn on and select the level of exercise. It has made her legs feel stronger, now she can walk longer distance now. It has given me a new feeling of mobility.

I'm 81 and get very little exercise. I walk with a cane and hate the winter. Hence I don't go out unless it is absolutely necessary. This unit is fully assembled and operational right out of the box. Very well packaged with cushioning foam inserts. I love the remote as this is a great feature for anyone having difficulty bending down to the floor level. I have poor circulation in my lower legs. This machine will give you a passive exercise program without any strenuous activity on your hips. I have only had it a week. I started on speed #3 but am already comfortable at #5. I noticed, for me at least, I feel more comfortable sitting in my desk chair with my back straight. The machine does creep if placed on a laminate floor. That was very annoying because every few minutes I had to stop it and reposition it closer to my feet. Today I placed the front portion onto a braided rug in front of my computer desk and had no problems with the unit moving away from me. The unit is quite light and there is a comfortable recess in the middle top to lift it. So far I am satisfied with the performance and the price point is very favorable compared with similar units that are advertised on television.
