bought these to drop in the hole while ice fishing (we do not fish in a hut) to keep the skim ice from forming. light weight (important when you are dragging all your gear on a sled on foot) , inexspensive (more money for other gear) , ice got to dangerous for fishing early in the season so haven't hade them on the lake , but i did try them in a bucket of water in the yard - hope to get the same results of no skim ice next season on the lake.

I paired these with Didax Educational Resources Ping Pong Math Set of purple ping pong balls to mix into a sensory tub for my students. It was more of a "hide-and-seek" game for them to find the correct purple ping pong balls that had numbers 1-20 on them and then order them as you would on a number line. This was a great addition to the other set; purchased together.

I use these balls for my toys. The color selection is excellent.

They're red, decent quality, came with two black markers.
