**Q: Is this a good mic?**
A: It's not bad for the price. Depending on what your looking to do with it... Works well for Skype and things like Microsoft's Cortana.

If you're looking at Podcasting or YouTube I'd recommend a decent Condenser microphone with a Preamp setup. Or boost the recording through something like "Audacity."

A: It works if you use the Xbox app on either a laptop or pc besides that I’m not sure I heard splitters and 3.5mm jack to usb but I’m not 100% on those methods

A: Not directly no but if you go on YouTube search for how to connect usb mike to Xbox it will show you how to set it up through a laptop or pc
