This is a very small and tasty chewable. It is a combination of mk 4 and mk 7.The bottle is glass and it came very well sealed. This is an important supplement for me and Im glad to have found it in chewable form.

It helps these are very basic vitamins (two different forms of vitamin K2) so the flavor itself doesn't have any chalkiness from whatever the source would be, like is common with calcium chewables. And you don't need a lot of K2 per serving, so they're small, about the size of the end of a pencil eraser, unlike, say, magnesium chewables. This is sweetened with both sucrose and stevia, so intense strawberry sweetness is what you get. I appreciate having two different forms included of the vitamin to enhance bioavailability. The product label says you can take it with or without food, but you should probably take it with a healthy fat source, like fish oil, or a meal.

From my wife: I'm a fan of Country Life products for their consistent quality. I like that this is a K complex without the vitamin D. It allows me to control my D intake apart from the K so I don't overdo the K if I need more D. I appreciate that this is chewable as I take a lot of supplements and I hate having to swallow more. The chewable is like a small treat. This is gluten free and vegan, which makes it dairy free, which I appreciate.

This is a great K2 supplement if you don't like swallowing pills, and if you like the taste of strawberries.This comes in a dark glass bottle that keeps the tablets from degrading from light exposure, and the glass is safe as it adds no harmful chemicals from any kind of plastic.These are so good that it might be hard for me to go back to swallowing pills again when these run out. The only bad thing is that you will want to keep these out of the reach of small children because they might think they are candy and eat too many of them.

Woot! Vitamin K2 that I can take. The bottle is dark glass, it was sealed with a plastic band over the lid and the bottle was sealed over the opening. On top of that, to protect the product, there was cotton in the bottle along with a moisture absorber. The cotton keeps it from turning into powder with jostling in the mail. All of the tablets maintained their integrity.I LOVE that it's a dissolvable tablet and it's a 60 days supply and appreciate that it came in a form I can tolerate. It tastes pleasant like strawberry.This is a neglected vitamin we can all benefit from and I'm so happy to have found it. It's affordable for a 60 day supply.It would probably take a couple of months to be able to say whether or not I'll notice any outward benefits, but heart health is what I'm going for and only labs will provide that information.
