New HP Laptop
Easy set up. Love the large screen. Meets all my needs. I think it was a good value.

Very nice laptop
This is a great laptop and I'm very happy with it. The "Lifetime Office 365 for the Web" is nothing special. That is free to anyone so is not a discriminator for this product. Other than that I really like this unit and got set up with it quickly and easily and have fully transitioned away from my old desktop. The laptop display is large enough that I don't really miss theVery nice laptop big screen I had with the desktop.

Excellent Laptop Performance, Web-Based Office Is the Only Drawback
I’m really happy with the HP 17.3" Laptop overall. The large screen is beautiful and perfect for work, browsing, and multitasking. The Intel 13th-gen i3 (8 cores) performs very well and feels fast and smooth—honestly comparable to, and even better than, some older 11th-gen i5 processors. It handles everyday tasks, streaming, and productivity with no issues at all. My only downside is the Microsoft Office setup. While it comes with Lifetime Office 365 for the Web, I wish the full desktop version of Microsoft Office was already installed on the computer instead of being web-based only. Other than that, this is a great laptop with solid performance, a spacious display, and excellent value for the price. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable, large-screen laptop for work or school.

Do buy anything when you’re over 60
The item is fine. I still find it difficult to operate windows 11. There should be be something simpler for people over 60

Great performance!
Works well, and fast compared to old laptop! Dump the Win 365 subscription!

HP laptop
It is big and good for seniors. Still trying to get used to some changes but otherwise it is good. It was a good price and actually cheaper than the laptop I got five years ago.

Not new, new pc.
Received 1/12/26. On the first day while setting up. It kept going to blue screen and restarting. On 1/13/26 called HP Customer Support. Was told warranty expired March of 2024. 🤔 was suppose to be a NEW PC. After hours on the phone they reinstalled the software. On 1/14/26 Blue screen issues again. Multiple error codes. Memory Management; Watchdog Violation; Critical Structure Corruption; another 2 hours of customer service and updates. On 1/15/26 more blue screen issues again. RETURNED device.

USB C does not support displays - dispite what RUFUS says
Rufus, Amazon ai bot, told me it would allow me to add multiple displays with via the USB C drive and a docking station. This is not true! The USB C will NOT support a screen, not by plugging the screen directly to the C not by using a docking station. I hope corporate reads this and offers me a workable solution. I can only add one screen by using the HDMI port. I already returned the first laptop for this reason, so I asked Rufus before buying a replacement. Really disappointed, but don't want the hassle of returning another laptop. Please find me a docking station or something that will support a solution
