Is the second time I bought this Amarillo ají Peruvian sauce. the value for money is good and allowe to prepare Peruvian stews like the traditional Ají de Gallina, will continue buying La Latina.

Sehr scharf aber sehr wohlschmeckend. Kann gut zum Einstieg eines peruanischen Essens mit Yuca chips und Baguette gereicht werden. Auch als Würze in Speisen sehr gut verwendbar.
