Always reliable
I cycle all my tanks and if you follow the chart it works 100% of the time. Wouldn't use anything else.

Plus my bluejaw triggerfish is happy and bigger than when I got him
I filled my tank with de-chlorinated tap water, put some old lace rock in, tested my sump/plumbing, and checked my ammonia the day I added it and there were substantial levels. here is an excerpt from my tank log.8/20/2016 – 9:00 pm - Dr tim’s added to tank at night.8/21/2016 – 8:45 pm - bluejaw triggerfish added.it is now 3/13/2017 and I can say that after seven months I have not experienced any mass die off of fish due to a tank crash or other cycling related issues. Plus my bluejaw triggerfish is happy and bigger than when I got him! I would recommend this to anybody looking to start a saltwater tank faster than the traditional method. (but I did kind of rush it!)

TREATS BLANK GALLONS
AN IMPORTANT BIT OF INFORMATION WOULD BE, "HOW MANY OUNCES DO I NEED TO TREAT THIS MANY GALLONS?"I cant read the blurry pictured bottle. And I scrolled 4 times through to make sure, lolAnyone? Is 2 Oz enough for 20 gallon or enough for my 75?I find leaving this information out is a slap to the faces of newbies such as myself.

No viable bacteria in the bottle
Although Dr Tim is responsible for some breakthrough discoveries in aquarium science, and I do appreciate his work a lot, unfortunately his nitrifying bacteria product has not worked. The bacteria in these bottles are rather delicate, and in my opinion do not survive being shipped and stored in warehouses. I constantly monitor ammonia levels when I set up a new tank. Without any live rock in a new system, this products fails miserably to add a biofilter. Ammonia levels remain consistently high. There is no ammonia nor nitrite oxidizing bacteria in these bottles. In fact, the ammonia levels remain the same until live rock is added to the tank! Dr Tim’s Waste Away on the other hand has worked miraculously well. I will continue to test his nitrifying bacteria in newly set up tanks, though I would not recommend anyone to have any hopes regarding One and Only, and would not recommend this product nor any other bottled “starter” bacteria to anyone, especially to those who are new or just starting with the hobby.

Brilliant stuff
Used with Dr Tims Ammonia treatment my tank fully cycled in 9 days. Will definitely use again in other tanks set ups.

Still not sure how good it is
I have cycled my red sea max nano with following the instruction, but it did not match the results I was expecting and I had to cycle the tank for a longer time than expected. Therefore It s difficult to judge if it is good or bad, but probably I will not buy again.

Great
I used another similar product to cycle my marine tank quickly. I added two clown fish but had issues with ammonia levels long after the other product stated that the tank would have cycled.I didn't want to lose my fish so thought I would give Dr Tim's a try, very good product after 4 days my ammonia levels were down to a safe level for my fish.I would definitely recommend Dr Tim's, expensive for the size of the bottle but well worth it.

Bottle smaller that expected
Added it to my tank as it definitely helped the cycle would really recommend. Bit small but I would say it’s better that api quick start
