The tutu is absolutely adorable. I purchases originally to cut in half and use it for a 1st birthday Highchair decoration but it was so cute and such good quality I actually bought a 2nd for her to wear for the party! You do have to do a little fluffing out of the package but I wish this was in my size it's so adorable!The bow that comes with it isn't as vibrant and not the cutest (in my opinion) but the tutu is worth the buy!

I got this for my granddaughter's first birthday.It fit perfectly.Everyone gave her so many compliments on her outfit.Loved loved it.

My grand baby’s theme for her birthday party was Gracie’s Corner any the headband and tutu was a perfect fit. No adjustments needed. The colors were vibrant and very colorful.

Perfect fit it arrived fast

This Tutu is super cute, I read from a review that it was adjustable however it is not. This will not fit a newborn. Unless you pin it. My granddaughter is small built. She will be using this. She weighs 16.5 lbs and is in 6m clothing so I may have to pin it myself. The quality it great, colors are vibrant, it stretches if needed. The ribbon waste band is silky soft. I would recommend this for the price.

Birthday girl loved this skirt! It was just her size, it’s not as transparent as most tutu skirts, it was quite cheap and the material used made it look really expensive because of the thickness.
