I bought this cushion because I knew that I was about to have a particularly female operation. It has rescued me. I think I could even have used it to get out of the car postop. This is so supportive and certainly relieves pain. Im mostly at my desk at work and the current seat cushion lasted say 10 years or so but no longer available. When this one arrived, I tried it at home and in the car and I am so happy with the firmness no dislikes at all. It now sits on my office chair and it is so comfortable and the design is bang on. It does sit a little wider than my chair but stays same shape no problems. I like the back of the cushion that it is curved to support your lower spine and it is so soft too that it doesn't dig in. Definitely worth it for the price and your health.

The quality is great, nice memory foam and helps with my pain due to pregnancy. I would love if it folded for easy carrying and if it was a little less thick because it does have to sit higher than others around you. All in all, it’s very comfortable!

I have sciatica and sitting at a desk all day for work doesn't help. While I try to move, walk and stand, my job requires me to be at a desk for the majority of the day. I have a pedal machine under my desk to keep myself moving while sitting, but the sciatica still bothered me, so I bought this and am I glad I did. I can feel the cushioning and the sharp angle of my office chair no longer presses on the back of my leg. Instead, I have this cushion that supports both legs and cradles me so that sitting isn't quite as harsh. It's not a solution to movement, but it helps for those of us who have sedentary jobs.
