This stuff is magic! I put down a new floor and did not do such a great job cutting around the toilet but this stuff made it look like a professional job. It was flexible and it is still holding up well.

This item is pretty easy to install around the toilet because it is very flexible. It also makes a nice clean look around your toilet and can help with any water issues.
