Not quite OEM however
if you're going to use an aftermarket headlamp housing, this is the one you need to get.The light pattern isn't the best for HID but it's passable. This is where OEM is better - the OEM Ford housings reflect HID bulbs as halogen bulbs. Forget about LEDs with these or really any reflector type housing (including OEM here).This is the best quality aftermarket headlamp and nothing else touches it save for OEM.
