Whew! This has taken some getting used to…at first I didn’t like it at all, but once my back muscles started to get used to the feeling, it actually began to feel really good…almost therapeutic. I’m able to use this on hard flooring as well as carpet. For me, it feels best on my lower back and across the back of where my shoulder blades are. The material I hard, but has just enough give to be effective at compressing/decompressing and stretching. And while the size is fairly large, it feels go to roll under the feet as well. Would make a nice gift for anyone with back issues or anyone that carries extra tension in specific areas.
