I have been pressure washing my concrete walkways, stone patio and siding on my Florida home for years. It’s a lot of work. Last year a friend told me about 30 seconds so I tried it. I used a garden sprayer to apply it and a hose to wash it off. It looked as good as the power washing and I finished in an hour a job that used to take two days. Even better, the mildew didn’t come back as quick. I bought it again this year.

This 30 second cleaner works okay. Like others have said, it might take 30 seconds for lightly soiled areas. But for more heavily soiled or stained areas, its going to need to sit wet for a bit and take some scrubbing along with a pressure washer. That's what seems to work for me anyways.

Does anyone does exactly what it says. Fast and easy.

I use it often, cleans well and it has some bleach in it. Don't wear anything that is black. LOL

I will use this on my house from now on. Application is tricky, I brush it on and for 2nd story spray option but it works great. My house is white siding and it gets it sparkling white. This is great in the Carolinas. Moneywise, it’s better than others on market and better for environment and pets. I’d pay more at the local Ace but would go there if needed as I really like the product
