This book provides a wealth of incormation on the many uses of shungite. Though most people know anout shungite's ability to protect from EMF, shungite also possesses the ability to help us heal and detox.Miss Martino, a geobiologist and bioenergy expert, teaches us about the 3 types of shungite, their similitudes and differences, how to use them , what to use them for and where.According to her, a shungite pyramid is way too strong for a bedroom, but perfect for the rest of the house. She recommends spheres or eggs for a bedroom instead. She also explains the areas covered by the different shungite pieces, according to their shape and size.Miss Martino is a French national and the english version of her book is top notch quality. Highly recommendable.

This book should be in the top 5 books listed in response to any search for information on EMF toxicity and electrosensitivity. Ms. Martino very clearly and effectively explains the properties of shungite as well as the research and testing that has been done to discover its potential health benefits. I have never found any other mineral, stone or manmade product that so successfully eliminates the harmful effects and extreme pain that I have experienced when exposed to Wi-Fi and cell phone radiation. The forms of shungite which I have tried so far have already improved my sleep, mental clarity, energy level and pain elimination, and I look forward to trying several additional uses which are described to improve my overall health and lessen my sensitivity. I am shocked that this book was never recommended to me by Amazon based on my past searches, items viewed and items purchased. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

So fantastically written and essential information

Fascinating read. I have a couple of autoimmune diseases and am very sensitive to electromagnetic waves emitted from cell phones, computers and cordless phone bases. Nothing major, but it definitely throws me out of balance and makes me feel jittery so I can't sleep at night unless I shut everything down. This rare stone, shungite, supposedly counteracts the negative effects of EM waves on the body, without taking on a negative ion charge. The stones are found in only a single mine in northern Russia, and have been used for health by the Russians going back to Peter the Great. The book cites several Russian studies on the health benefits of shungite. Despite this, people outside of Russia remain skeptical. I'm willing to give it a try. The book lists online resources where you can buy shungite to wear and place near your electronic devices for protection from EM waves. You can also buy shungite products on Amazon that are reasonably priced. I figure I've got nothing to lose, so why not? I just wish that more scientific studies on this unique stone were conducted and written in English.

Makes me want to visit the shungite rooms in Russia, the Sanitoriums and the mineral springs themselves. As a recent casualty of 5G RF from the wifi security cameras installed via my "provider" the telecom giant industry which will soon meld into one massive global killer I took back my power by reading this book and doing my own research. The IOT will morph into the IOE which will eventually become implants and if you watch any TED talks on AI you will either go to your enslavement willingly or rise up and take back your lives as fast as you can. There is a way out. It is to say 'no' and say it loudly . Refuse all wifi past 4G. Choose freedom or enslavement. The choice is now. Choose your consequences. Be the change you want to see in the world, or lie down and let the boulders rolling toward you just crush the life out of you. I am so tired of people saying there is no choice. Playing with your phone, your friends and yourself is a choice. Opening your mouth and having a discussion with others who are open minded is also a choice and a good place to start. People are all in danger, all at risk, not just children, the elderly and the disabled. Go for it. be the change you want to see in the world. Or get out of the way.

I am sensitive to EMF health effects. Sometimes I am forced to sit in a conference room at work surrounded by 20 people with active cell phones AND active wifi laptops. I leave work with a splitting headache and drained energy. I've tried a half dozen different approaches to protecting myself and nothing works better than shungite. This is the best book out there explaining it and providing specific recommendations. I was particularly impressed with the information on field effects, size and shape choices, and water purification.

Very informative ...lots of good information.... a must have before you start collecting your shungite. It definitely made me pay attention to make sure I got the elite shungite whenever I could since that has the most healing powerful qualities to it... this of course among so many other things that I've learned ...well worth it! There is so much information online who may not have the credentials that Regina Martino has who is a geobiologist and a bioenergy expert specializing in Shungite and other stones.
