Wonderful quality knives, wear well
Always sharp, sharpen easily (I use a ceramic-with-water knife sharpener), unharmed by dishwasher.

Global Quality remains outstanding
If you are unaware of Global then invest in just one to see how good they are. Supremely well balance, easy to clean, they maintain their sharpness well in excess of other brands. Note that it's wise to invest in a global sharpener too.

Wickedly sharp, light and perfectly balanced
I bought this as my ancient beloved knife became lost. sharp knives are sometimes ‘borrowed' to help with outside tasks.I do like a small sharp paring knife for veg prep. This totally fits the bill and has been stashed away from general household view.

The knife is comfortable to hold and is razor sharp - excellent for slicing a variety of vegetables.

Cuts like it should
Nice feel to it, cuts through anything with ease. Probably one of the best choices for this type of knife. (I spent like 3 hours researching so just get this one)

I suppose you get what you pay for with most things. This is an excellent knife but comes at a cost.
