Enamelware Dinner Plate, 10.25 inch, Vintage White/Grey (Set of 4)

I waited a while to review these to see how they would hold up ... so far they still look brand new. Not only are there no chips or scratches, there is no rust that is so common on enamel ware. I like them so much I purchased the matching shallow salad bowls. Happy with those as well. Yeah, they are pricy. But if they continue to hold-up as they are now, I'm okay with that.

This is a really excellent plate. It looks good, it is as light as a feather (well, a little exaggeration) and above all, IT WILL NOT BREAK. (I am a senior citizen and sometimes things slip out of your grasp and objects made out of glass or china can be worrisome.) It also washes beautifully. It will probably outlast me, which makes it an heirloom. It also reminds me of old Westerns, the ones where they sat around the campfire with the tin plates and coffeepots.

This was purchased as a gift and when the recipient opened the gift on Christmas morning - they were very pleased with the plate and the quality of it. As a buyer, I was very happy with the supplier and the quick shipment. Thanks

These plates were exactly what I had in mind for outdoor dining. They are elegant enough for grown up food and safe for small hands that might drop them on the concrete. When I accidently ordered one less than I wanted I wrote to the company and asked that they include another so I wouldn't have another full shipping cost. They put one in and asked that I send them a check for the balance. The response was quick and I was pleased. However, when the plates arrived one was chipped. I sent a photo and within minutes (on a Saturday no less) I had an answer. Again the response was quick and perfect. I will have another plate soon and many outdoor meals with these pretty and functional plates.

I purchased this whole set, with the exception of a few extra pieces like the 3 tier cake plate, etc. I love this stuff! I have a few antique pieces in white with red trim and they match perfectly! They are dishwasher safe too! The seller is by far the best company that I have dealt with online! One of the plates arrived with a small chip. I called them and received a new one in just a few days. I didn't have to bother with shipping the old one back either! I have been using the plates on a daily basis now, and they are holding up perfectly! Don't hesitate to buy!

Perfect for my small hobby horse farm. Love them so much. Didn’t scratch or leave marks after use. Would recommend highly!

I really like these. I just think they're too expensive. Enameled tin used to be the choice of the poor. What in the world happened?That being said, they're lovely, light, oven-proof plates that hold heat really well. It's my favorite plate to eat off of. If it were cheaper, I'd buy a whole set!

I have some similar that were a gift. I thought these were a little pricey but when I got them I realized much better quality than ones I have. They are very nice. Very thick coating.
