Can i use this with a da polisher? instructions only talk about rotary.

It works great with a DA, I’ve used it with a long throw Rupes 15 with good results on a yellow Rupes foam pad.

Does this product have hydrophobic properties?

No this is just for mild correction of paint. Youd atill need to wipe off prep surface with IPA solution or a paint prep. Then add a wax ,sealant ,or ceramic coating to get hydrophobic properties.

Can this be used on leather interior? There is a video on YouTube recommending this product to remove sunscreen from the interior.

I have only ever used it on the exterior. As a polish, it has very mild abrasive qualities. If you use it on leather, I would try it in a very inconspicuous area first.
