Really helps
Just within the last year, I started to feeling the arch of my foot would cramp up while I was sleeping. It was so annoying. Woke me up, and it seemed that the stretching didn’t help. So it uses before I lay down to go to sleep. Now I haven’t had that problem anymore.

It's as advertised. I was told it would help me sleep if applied before bed but I don't fall asleep any easier. Can't blame the product for trying something.

The best product for everyday muscle aches!
I bought the Vanilla Butter Magnesium Spray. It works on aches and pains as great as it smells! Will definitely be trying the other scents! I walked 5 miles a day, practice strength training. At 56 years old, I have muscle aches daily. The magnesium spray helps much more than muscle rubs. Customer for life!

Minimally messy, perfect amount of scent
Of course magnesium topicals are always gonna be a little messy, but this one hits the sweet spot. Enough magnesium to work, but doesn't leave as much residue as most other magnesium topicals. The frankincense is a brilliant addition. I can't believe how amazing the price is.

Kind of Sticky, Watery
Not exactly an oil spray. More of a sticky water. There's a light lavender scent that disappears quickly. I would prefer something that's more moisturize, less sticky. Is it effective? I don't know. Maybe?

Works.
Love the scent and the spray makes for easy application. I do not like rubbing it in from a regular bottle it leaves a weird feeling on my hands, but this spray bottle eliminates that.
