Amazing Quality & Value for the price!
This JCANOL Wireless in Ear Monitor system is great value. It was super easy to set up straight out of the Box. I used the system with the Shure SE215 Sound Isolating Earphones entry level. The sound was great I also tested with the Beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO head set I was super surprised it worked great with them. The reception range is great, at least with the testing I've done so far. I wandered around the house, upstairs and down, with only occasional dropouts while in motion. Then I went outside with only occasional dropouts. The audio was clear even at that distance and with all the obstacles in between. Of course, there are lots of variables that can impact reception in a given situation. This system should work for any practical stage situation. I now use this daily with my DJ console and notice no delay or latency at all. The Build quality seems like it will last time will tell. The Battery life is great to I do 5 hour sets and there is plenty of Battery left. I’m used to using a more expensive system, but this set up I must say cost 20x less and works just as good as some higher end systems. If you’re looking for a Great Budget friendly system you found it. Just buy it you will not be disappointed.

Amazing and compact wireless in ear monitor system! Home, Band and DJ use!
First Thoughts: Smaller than expected and ready to use out of the box. For testing connected to my M1 MacBook Air running virtual DJ at full volume and tested the in ear monitors. Sounded loud and clear. Connected IEM into the Receiver and switch it on. Same sound, loudness and frequency response is heard and no noticeable delay. I even scratch with them. No issues. Tested at the front door of the house and walked around the corner and down the 30 foot hall to my back bedroom and shut the door and walked to the corner. straight shot is though 5 walls or it could bounce though the door and down the hallway then around a 12 foot corner to the transmitter on the desk. I'm impressed with the range so far. Ran it for 4 hours and it didn't run out of batteries which was great for DJ events. Pros: good range didn't have any drop outs You can change the channels on these. Appears that you can pair multiple which could come in handy. Ultra low latency great sound Quality Perfect for DJ's small bands Receiver has a clip on the back for easy use and the transmitter does not. Velcro to your console is a great use of the product here. Cons BYOIEM which isn't much of a con as you should have something to use with it. Worked good on my Sony headphones too. May have to play with a few headphones to get one that has a high efficency rate to work with these in a louder club. Keep it away from speakers or laptop's antenna for less interference. Have another unit that I will test shortly when it comes in but this looks like a winner for DJ's If you have a TV with a headphone out it's perfect for that as well! Will test further this week!

They work fine but...
This review is for the JCANOL Wireless in Ear Monitor System, 2.4G Stereo Wireless IEM System. The guitar pic is for a size reference. I originally submitted a review for this system with 3 stars, but took that one down and gave it another star to upgrade it to a four star review. In Dec 2024, I used these for the first time at a band rehearsal in a new studio we have never used before. We plugged everything in and we went to work. At the time, I didn't think the sound quality of this unit was very good nor loud enough. However, I was impressed at how good the PA sounded in the studio and I could hear my voice just fine over everything else. When we were leaving, the band members complimented me on a great rehearsal, but they did say they were not impressed with the new studio's PA because they saw me singing me heart out, but could barely hear me. I realized at that moment that this wireless system was working fine and this system was better than I thought because I could hear myself clearly over everything else. The in-ear system was boosting my vocals over the rest of the mix and to me, I sounded better than I ever had. With no drop outs in the signal. The rehearsal went about 3 hours long and the charge lasted the whole time. The reason why I give it 4, not 5 stars is because of the durability: - I don't think these will last very long, at least in my hands. I tend to be hard on equipment. But if you are careful with them and don't break them accidentally, for the price-point they are at, these in-ear monitors are a winner. - They are very small and light which is great, but because of their size, the clip is also small. It popped off my jeans pocket a few times when nudged by my guitar. I solved the problem by simply sticking it it my back pocket. I was worried that rubbing against my butt and jeans pocket would hit the buttons and mess with the unit, but it didn't. My recommendation is if you are using this system to gig live, frequently, I would get a second pair as a back-up in case you have a mishap. For the price these are, it is not unreasonable to have a spare.

Easy to use in-ear portable monitor system with great sound, reach and reception!
This portable in-ear portable monitor system delivers what it promises. As someone who occasionally DJ's and/or sets up audio for events, it is easy enough for me to figure out how it works. There's the transmitter that you hook up your audio source to (i.e. audio player, instrument or anything with a line out (could even be a tv)). And a receiver that you hook up headphones or a speaker. Once you have everything hooked up and turned on, you pair the devices and the system just works as it should. The sound is great and the reception strength from my upstairs office to the downstairs kitchen worked without any glitches, with the ability to turn the volume up and down remotely. To add to this the receiver has a clip you can use to attach it to (i.e. clothing, belt, etc.) What I also really appreciate is that it uses usb-c (as opposed to the old mini USB) and that a charging cord that you can plug both devices into at the same time is included. Apart from using it as a monitor you could theoretically use it as a way to add Bluetooth capability to a device (i.e. a TV or an old record/ stereo player with a headphone out port)-which is great. The only drawback that I see is that the instructions may not be clear enough to show a person, new to sound, how to exactly set it up; however IMO it's not enough to detract a star from. I created a short 3:32 minute video review that walks you through using an old Ipod (so that you could have an idea of the of the overall quality, performance, and all of what's included. For the value, price and quality, I am not sure you can find a system that beats this!

User Friendly/High Quality Sound
I am new to IEMs so I had to do my homework on these. They were very easy to use. I did have to purchase an adaptor because the cord that it comes with hooks up to my laptop fine but not to an actual soundboard. Once hooked up, I could hear myself very well onstage. Once charged, I was able to do 3- 1 hour sets without recharging. There was no interference or static. The sound engineer was able to put only my voice in them which was exactly what I needed. I had to buy IEM earbuds separately, but I found a nice pair on Amazon as well. The price was excellent for the quality sound it put out. It has a volume button and a mute button (which is also used to sync). Great buy!!!!!

This Wireless In-Ear Monitor System is a Game-Changer!
I've been using this wireless in-ear monitor system for a few weeks now, and I'm blown away by how much it's improved my live performances. The sound quality is crystal clear, with plenty of headroom and no noticeable latency. I can finally hear every detail of the mix, which allows me to focus on my performance and connect with the audience on a whole new level. The setup is incredibly easy – just plug the transmitter into your mixer, pair the receiver, and you're good to go. The battery life is excellent, and the system feels solid and well-built. I also love the fact that I can adjust my own mix right from the receiver, without having to rely on the sound engineer. Overall, I can't recommend this wireless in-ear monitor system enough. It's a game-changer for any musician or performer who wants to take their live shows to the next level. If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality in-ear monitor system, look no further! Pros: Crystal-clear sound quality Easy setup and operation Excellent battery life Durable construction Individual mix control Cons: None that I've found! Highly recommended!
