Good but color stripe inside the color is scratchy

Pros - nice color choices. Contrasting color stripes look nice. Fair price. Good quality material and made.Cons - The hem on the cuff is a bit tight. But I can live with that.The color stripe on the inside of the collar is not sewn on flat, (or it uses some nylon thread?) As a result, it is scratchy. I can tell if I wear it all day, I'll get an abrasion or a rash from that irritation. That is the reason I have to return it.
