Very red and sore (iykyk how finicky stretched lobes can be) I have cleaned it 3 times a day instead of sea salt soaks and it heals it wonderfully. I just always squirt the first bit down the sink to make sure the end of the nozzle is clean before I use it. Another unique feature is that the aerosol can works in absolutely any position as the gas simply compresses the internal bag as mentioned and you never get a blast of propellant gas out of the nozzle. So this makes it invaluable as an eye wash for your eyes as the stream is gentle enough and the can works one handed, all positions, and always sterile . I looked through many different products to help the healing process but ultimately decided on this, and I'm so glad I did!! Withing days my piercings started to clear up and the pain reduced significantly, I did only buy one bottle to begin with but ended up buying another because it didn't last as long as I would of thought.
