Excellent option for organizing 100 foot extension cords
I spent a few days organizing my garage this spring and wanted to better manage the 100 foot extension cord I use for an electric hedge trimmer and leaf blower. After checking out several options, I decided to try this one. I couldn't be happier and the unit easily handles the 100 feet of extension cord, with two or three loops per slot. The cord slides with a tug from each slot when using and is much easier to wind back up compared to the conventional figure eight method. Requires three (3) two-inch screws, not included, to secure the Gecko's Toes to the wall (be sure to hit a stud). The unit is made of high modulus plastic and secures the extension cord without sagging or slipping from the slots. I highly recommend you try it if you have the equipment and know-how to properly mount the unit.

Versatile
This is a simple, effective electrical cord storage rack. Since I have a pressure washer with an unwieldy hose, I wire tied one to the handle of the washer. It easily holds a 50’ outlet hose, stress free!

Better than I expected
Was a little dubious about the price as compared to being just a piece of plastic. Quality is excellent. We especially like the unique design feature where you can pull off just one loop at a time. You normally are not handling the entire roll and only use what is necessary, i.e., pull off what you need and then put it back. Easy to mount almost anywhere and quite handy. Plan to buy more.

Quite handy, not as big as we thought, but a much better price than at the craft show where we first saw it.

Handy, but not as handy as you might think ...
Handy, but not as handy as you might think. when you install the cord onto the hanger you need to put about a half twist in each coil to get it to lay flat. Then when you pull it off it has the twist in it. Then you need to straighten it to reinstall it. If there is an easier way to use it, I haven't found it. Nevertheless, I think it is a neat way to store a long cord for the edger's use. I use 3-#12 to avoid voltage loss and to be able to use it to power my power saw when needed. I am able to get about 3 coils per toe with that size cable. You can cut them for multiple shorter storage if desired.

Great Idea
So, yes it works... That said, it really does not hold a thinner cord as well as it does a thicker gauge cord. When you start to spool the cord into place, well it just threads through making really small loops. For the price, it should come in a two pack, it should also come in different colors specially orange like most of my cords. It's good, could be better, it vertical but should come in different sizes for different gauge cords. Maybe once it becomes more popular to use these, they would offer different styles? Does it make my life easy-er, yes. Is it worth the cost, no, I think they could drop the price in half. Thanks

LOVE THEM!
These are awesome! I bought these so that our truck drivers can retrieve their cords each morning and keep them up and out of the snow and then easily pull them back out when needed again. They work like a charm. However, I over-estimated the IQ’s of my brain-dead drivers and they just can’t seem to figure it out. A bunch of….well - you know.

Ingenious Product
Wow, I love this thing!! Such a timesaver from the old way of just looping it around my forearm! I have two 100' heavy duty outdoor electric cords and I can loop the cord three times onto each "toe" so that the entire 200' fits! I screwed it right onto a 2x4 shelf support by the opening of my garage so it's always ready to be used. Wonderful, absolutely ingenious product. Definitely highly recommended!!!!
