I think is Great! Does what it says😉
Have to say, I am overly impressed with the welds & build quality for this very easy to assemble handy piece of equipment.I really don’t know what the nay sayers that write negative comments about this item expect or want for under £20 quid!On unpacking you have easily understood instructions in English with good supporting pictures to back up assembling. So then getting down to the brass tacks, the item is very sturdy & solid feel. Easy enough to adjust the head rest & I’m 6’2” to my wife who’s 5’4”.In fairness, I’m a believer you get what you pay for in this world & for less than £20, this does what it’s required to, depending on what effort you’re prepared to put in to help yourself. Great value for money. As an added bonus I wasn’t expecting is coloured well printed recipe cards of quality meals with pictures & nutritional values & a DVD with good various workouts & routines. What’s not to like. 👍🏻

This is a torture chair!
Very easy to assemble. I changed the big roller so that it fitted into the hollow of my back which made it a little more bearable. The seat is so hard it actually hurts so I've cut some 2" foam and I sit on that. Helps a lot but the rollers are quite firm and I can really feel them on my back. I'm hoping they soften up with use as it is so uncomfortable. Then there is the annoying clicking noise as you go back, it's loud, but I use it as a counter. I know eventually it will annoy me. I'm not that fit but I have to put it on the hardest spring so I'm hoping I will be able to progress and get higher strength ones. The best bit about it is that the idea of a back support is really good and it does help. The headrest, I have no idea about but it's a bit odd and not quite in the right place despite adjusting it. Maybe because I am short 5'3" but I could have done with an in-between hole. I call this the torture chair as it is quite painful. I shall continue on it as I can feel it in my abs and I'm hoping it softens up a bit. Apart from that it's pretty good. The arms take up quite a lot of space but I took them off until I am ready to progress to the other exercises. Great for a beginner and people who need a back support but not comfortable at all. I had something similar to a WonderCore but it took up a bit more space and again the springs weren't strong enough, however the back support on it was lovely and comfy. It's such a shame that this lets it down and the hard seat.
