Mostly definitely recommend!
These sandbags worked great! We used them to secure our canopies on a very windy day with sustained winds of 15–20 mph and gusts up to 40 mph. We purchased two packs and filled each bag with about 13 lbs of sand. Instead of placing them on the canopy legs, we hung the bags from the frame, and they held up really well.We also used the original tent stakes (even though they aren’t the sturdiest), and everything stayed in place. On top of that, we had a canopy side wall, which can make it even harder to keep a canopy grounded on windy days since it catches the wind and can cause the whole setup to lift or shift. But with these bags, everything stayed secure. We didn’t fill the bags to their maximum capacity—just enough to add the right amount of weight without stressing or bending the canopy frame. Highly recommend these bags for anyone needing extra support on windy days! I really wish I would have taken pictures or a video.

They did the job
These worked really good for the purposes I needed them for, weighing down a tripod and other equipment for capturing highway traffic. Also, don't be a noob like me and use playground sand instead of cement sand. The bags don't have a perfect seal so it can be messy with the cement sand.

so far so good - used to weigh down a patio umbrella more
Solid over a couple months' use. Filled with dirt and packed it in. You can also use sand or gravel, all good. The velcro might end up being the weak spot - would be cool to see these with a draw string or such.

Good quality. Good price
Quality material. Nice carrying handle. I wish they were not shaped like pillows but stood on their own better. They kinda flop sideways when attached to my market booth. But they are still really nice and I recommend them.

Great quality!
The way I did it was that I filled up plastic grocery bags with sand and put them in that way they won’t spill.

Cheaper and effective, but too cheap?
Cheap yet effective way to add extra weight to whatever, but maybe too cheap? I was expecting some sort of liner system or filler bag but nope. So if the bag falls over during transit, setup, or use, you're gonna lose some sand and make a mess. There's a hole where the handles connect and no Velcro.
