Absolutely brilliant
The media could not be loaded. A truly beautiful and amazing cuckoo clock. Meticulously crafted, elegant and very impressive. The Germans truly are the best engineers in the world. I’m delighted with my purchase.

Lovely clock
The media could not be loaded. I bought a cheap cuckoo clock, it was plastic and the cuckoo couldn't tell the time. I love this click it's all made from wood, the cuckoo calls and it is echoed. After that it plays a tune. Everybody loves it. The workmanship is exquisite the animals are beautifully made even the rest have fur. To Few to reset the clock follow the instructions to the letter. The clock will once more work properly.

Cuckoo
Nice design and workmanship but I got this for a Christmas gift and it’s only just recently been opened and it’s not working! The instructions were followed correctly and it doesn’t work. It works for about 2 hours then stops. So sad because now I can’t return it as I’m outside the timescale for returns. Really disappointed ☹️

It is such a wonderful clock
The clock is perfectly made, the detail is amazing and the cuckoo and music are lovely to hear each hour. Worth every penny that was paid.

Lovely clock, pity it did not work
Clock arrived later than quoted not a major issue after contacting the seller.When it did eventually arrive packaging was very good.Clock is well made and looks very nice.Now then….the item did not work, impossible to set the time and the hour hand would not track the minute hand. Are these things not tested prior to sending out to customers, this thing is by no means cheap.Very disappointed and has ruined a surprise gift for my wife.Avoid at your peril

True German Quality Craftsmanship
The Cuckoo-Palace German Cuckoo Clock is beautifully carved, constructed and treated as you would expect from German craftsmen.This is the 'real McCoy' - everything one hopes for in a cuckoo clock; nothing cheap or synthetic. Of course you pay for the quality.The cuckoo itself produces a much more genuine cuckoo noise than previous types, with a distant cuckoo answering from afar. . . . quite moving.Obviously the sound has to be battery - powered, but they are easily installed. Otherwise, all is made traditionally.(Don't go for cheap Asian copies)

Aesthetically pleasing but no good for the time
Originally we loved this clock, but after 9 months or so the cuckoo and its song no longer plays on every hour, it skips a fair few hours in the day and the cuckoo is stuck out of it's nest. We have replaced batteries but we can't get it going properly again. It is a lovely clock, just very expensive for a nice wall piece.
