I was on hormone replacement therapy for years to keep the hot flashes at bay. I finally had to go off HRT for health reasons. I am 75 years old and have had severe hot flashes for 25 years. Great replacement after my hysterectomy

The product is good, but what I didn’t like was the imagination of the Amazon Company. This situation has happened more than once, if I pay 11$ to get the item the next day that doesn’t mean two days later without explanation or some type of apology. I expected more from Amazon, I spend money on this company to be treated like a second class citizen!

This stuff really helps with my hot flashes from peri menopause. I’m 34 and symptoms are mild right now but this supplement has definitely made me more comfortable.

I'm a 39 year-old female, going through perimenopause and experiencing MAJOR eczema flair ups!
