Works so much better than the bullet style ice makers. The size of the cubes are larger and colder, so they don’t immediately melt when in a drink. On the coldest setting, it takes about 15 mins to make a tray of 16 cubes. For the best results, I immediately put the cubes in the freezer as opposed to leaving them in the ice make basket. The noise level seems to be a bit louder than bullet style makers I’ve used in the past, however the end result is worth the extra noise.

The self cleaning mode is great & the external water container on top of the machine Also made ice stays frozen a long time in the basket And the basket is large Ice is crisp & clean taste great Ice last a long time in your cup I haven’t tried all of the functions as of yet I have it set to 4 for the thickness It goes from 1-6 It makes ice fast! You do have to break the sheet apart to separate the cubes, I use a stainless steel straw or simply do it easily with my hands It came with a few ice bags but I bought a 50 pack of 5 lb bags here on Amazon I didn’t really find too much use for the scooper gadget A world of difference from the Frigidaire nugget ice machine I had previously for so many reasons & features And I had an awesome coupon which lowered the price Someone from e Cozy emailed me Thanking me for the purchase & letting me know that if I had any questions or needed anything they are there for me I thought that was nice One happy camper here!

Garbage. I have had about 3 countertop ice-makers in the last 12 years because my home has a configuration that does not allow for water to be run to the fridge and I use ice in almost every beverage; I've experienced normal wear & tear that comes with time, that's OK, and I've had bullet ice makers, nugget, and other cube ice makers. This ice maker leaked COOLANT into the holding tank (below the basket) which had a light blue tint and I did not notice being that the basket blocks it. I only noticed it when the ice melted entirely in a beverage and it tasted awful. I also learned after testing the water, it was positive for ALL kinds of metals, and LEAD. All I ever used was distilled water in that, so I tested that to eliminate that as the cause. It wasn't. Only a couple months old and I'm disabled, handicapped, and out over hundred dollars and Amazon wont do anything regardless of the fact I was almost poisoned (I am diabetic and something in it caused my glucose to start fluctuating that evening like crazy, which my doctor attributed to possible ingestion of metals or coolant. Totally unacceptable, major health hazard, no one will refund me: look elsewhere, don't waste time and money,,,

been using for almost a year still going strong makes great ice overall great buy if it ever dies i would buy it again and easy to use

Makes ice pretty fast but comes out in bars so you have to knock it apart. The ice starts melting if you leave it in the storage area on the maker. I use it in my 20qt cooler everyday on my boat. I keep up with it while I'm at my camper taking the ice out putting it into a bag then in the freezer. Definitely saves money!!

This is so close to being a 5 star. The only reason is the ice drops in sheets and is hard to break up. The amount of counter top space is minimal which is great. I haven't noticed it to be overwhelmingly loud. We purchased this for some Holiday parties and it definitely did it's job. It will be a great asset for soccer season as well since our fridge can't keep up with all the weekly practices and games. I love how it has the extra external water tank for continuous use for large parties. I highly recommend this product for anyone needing more ice than what their fridge can keep up with.

Absolutely love this ice machine! Very easy to use and plenty of ice ready for you! HOWEVER, unfortunately, it stopped working just short time later.
