This is wonderful stuff! I put it on my face every morning, and it is the only thing that smoothes my bumpy forehead. If I get it too close to my eyes it does make them water. I drink a couple of eye droppers full every day, too. It has a pleasant taste and I believe it is good for you.

Very subtle taste. I do think it helps nourish my skin from the inside out. I’ve been using it for about 2 months now and my skin is way less dry and less old crepey skin looking. I will be keeping this in my normal skin care routine!

The black seed oil was fresh and it's made my hair soft. I add it to my flax seed gel and my very thirsty hair seems to like it. The only problem is that this item is labeled organic. There is nothing on the box or bottle that says organic. There are plenty of organic oils here on Amazon, and I recently tried a really nice Argan one. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it because the seller should not mislead the customer. Some of us won't buy it because it's not organic.

This was purchased to mix with Castor Oil and Rosehip Oil to use as a facial and body oil help manage psoriasis plaques. The quality of the oil is exactly as described and it is a good value for the money. The 2 pack enhances its value. Glad I found this brand. Will be purchasing again.

Doesn’t have the best taste but most things that are healthy doesn’t always taste good. Benefits are great
