Wag Yak Cheese Dog Chews are specially designed for small dogs weighing 15 lbs or less. Each chew is 2.5 inches long and made from just four natural ingredients, ensuring a lactose-free, grain-free treat that promotes dental health by reducing plaque and tartar. With a protein content of at least 65% by weight, these bone-hard chews provide hours of engagement without the risk of splintering.

Big chew for cheaper
I'm always looking for decent longer lasting chews for my beagle that aren't ridiculously expensive. He likes to chew but can't digest high protein chews. With cheese sticks he doesn't get much off at a time but still gets to chew something. These are HARD if you have an older dog or a dog with bad teeth, this is not a good chew for them. If you have a hard heavy chewer this will shard apart if they can break chunks off and swallow them so be careful. For a light or moderate chewer who get at least 30 minutes out of a bully stick these are perfect.

Tasty and long lasting
This is one of my favorite chews for my dog, because it doesn't just disappear. It takes her a long time to go through it, and this dog is food obsessed. Anything that takes longer for her to go through is good at helping her keep her weight down. The price is good for the longevity. I thoroughly recommend it!

Licks and Likes!
I was surprised my g doggie took to these little treats. Before we could open the bag he was sniffing and grabbing the bag trying to figure out how to get to them. He really liked chewing on one throughout the day. I’m not sure what it tasted like but we had a satisfied family dog. It’s nice in size and doesn’t smell to bad. Overall I think he recommends lol

The dogs I dogsit love these bones and have chewed through one of these in one day.
Amazon Brand - Wag Yak Cheese Dog Chews, for Large Size Dogs, 35-55 lbs, 3 Count, 9.9 ozFirst impressions: Nice bag with 3 good size yellow dog treats in it. One of the treats is broken in half, which really works for me because I dogsit for 2 dogs and they don’t share well lol.Installation/setup: Give to your dogs as a treat.Final thoughts: The dogs I sit for are real chewers, they will chew on just about anything. They love these bones and have chewed through one of these in one day. These dogs have torn up pillows, eaten grass and dirt, just really chewers. These hopefully will keep them chewing these, not things they shouldn’t. I like these and I’m glad I got them.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

It's early days, but it seems like a quality cheese stick
We've had several Yak cheese stick chews for dogs, and although they can be great, they can also be ROCK hard, and I think even worse for their dental health. One caused bleeding gums in one of our dogs. However, other brands were absolutely great for chewing. Better than rubber balls.Anyways, this one also seems fairly hard, and one of our other dogs seemed to like it at first, but now is indifferent to it. We'll see how it goes. She did chew on it for awhile.

1 stick lasting for days between 3 dogs (w/ 1 being a huge fan of yak sticks)
Himalayan yak chews are a must have in my 3 dog household. Our youngest yellow lab (80+ lbs) is quite a chewer. She gets a lot of gnawing satisfaction working on yak sticks. Our other 2 dogs will also work on them or use the stick as a means to play with her (she thinks she owns all the yak sticks). While all the yak sticks tend to be the same in ingredients and style, I do notice some variation in longevity and strength. These XL yak sticks last as long or longer than what I normally get. My girl has been working on one on and off for a few days. Just a little has ultimately come off the edge. Can they be too hard? I hope not?! I' really impressed as far as it holding up goes. She can toss this up in the air and it doesnt break when it lands. When she is not hoarding it from her canine siblings, she seems to like to "Share" with her humans, and even for some reason the cats lol. So when she brings it over to me, I know to hold it while she chomps on it. These are too big for our usual yak stick holder, which is fine.We use a variety of WAG products, and I would consider these yak sticks again. So 5 stars because of that. I buy based on weight as that is easiest way for me to determine how much I am getting for the price. Yak sticks come in a variety of sizes and amounts, so it can be hard to determine how much I am actually getting. Weight is good indicator. I dont rate on price.I will update if we experience anything or notice anything worth sharing.

Great for large dogs
While my dogs love these chews, the large size was a little too big for both of their mouths. They weigh around 35 pounds each, so they are on the smallest end of the recommended size. I think these treats would be perfect for a Golden Retriever or Labrador sized dog.Since my dogs really seemed to love these treats even though they couldn't quite chew on them, I found a way to cut them into smaller more manageable pieces. These are way too hard to cut with a knife, so I used a small hand saw to cut them. I then soaked one piece for each dog in water for about 10 minutes, and microwaved them for one minute each. This created the perfect crunchy cheese puff that my dogs absolutely loved! These chews are very hard, and would be great for the most aggressive of chewers. Next time I will get the medium size for my dogs so they can really get them up into their mouths to chew.
