After many failed attempts at Japanese omelette with a normal pan I decided it was time to go for a proper pan and found this one. I have now been using it for a number of weeks and had not only perfect omelette each time but no issues with the pan. The handle feels amazing and is very well finished giving it a wonderful experience while cooking. The pan is no stick and I have had no issues like other pans. The included silicone slice is perfectly sized for the pan and makes rolling easy. The pan after weeks of use and around 30-40 omelettes made,, still has no signs of wear inside or out. Cleaning is very easy with a sponge and I have never had need to use anything more aggressive. The package comes with a screwdriver for fixing the handle on and maintenance which is very welcome addition and since installing the handle it has remained in the box and even hen I have checked the screw there has been no movement proving amazing build quality for the money. Highly recommended

only got this last week but the flavour of the omelette was amazing, Great pan we have just ordered the bigger one.

I've bought so many Tamagoyaki (Makiyakinabe) pans over the years, and I've not been happy either with the toxic coating inside the pan, or how much oil needs to be added to stop the tamago from sticking. I have professional Japanese copper pans, but it takes so much oil to make it not stick. I purchased this pan and I'm so far impressed by the coating of the pan. I like to use chopsticks to flip my tamagoyaki, and it worked a treat in this pan with minimal oil. I hope I get many omelettes out of my pan. I want to practice my flipping to be good like the Japanese chefs! No brown bits just perfect Yellow fluffy Tamago :)

I bought this item as a bit of a 'gadget' for the kitchen. It comes with the handle and pan separate but is easily put together and has a solid feel to it.Realistically, it's only big enough for 2 eggs and 2 rashers in one go, so not the item for you if cooking for several.However, if you just want to cook up quick eggs and bacon for one person with minimal fuss and cleaning, then this is ideal.The price was decent and delivery quick so would recommend for a handy kitchen addition.

After 3-4 uses the bottom burns off and ruins your stove

Why did you choose this product over others?:At first it works very well and doesn't stick. After a few months, it starts to get dark and sticky.

Was a little sceptical about buying it as other reviews mentioned it being not very non stick and difficulty flipping the eggs. However, it is absolutely brilliant. I brush on a little oil over all four egg circles, have induction initially high for 30 seconds, use a wooden knife to go round the edges of the eggs and ensure that they’re spinning in the oil. Reduce heat to say mid heat. To flip, simply left an edge of an egg and then slide a spatula under the egg and flip. Personally I prefer sunny side up. No longer than 5-6 mins. Perfect! Highly recommend. Chucked my old egg rings which were ok, but this pan far exceeds them.

Perfect for low carb egg wraps. Slightly smaller than I expected but that’s good for my diet, and if I’d actually checked I would have known the size! 😂. Been using g mine for six months and nothing sticks.
