Ratchet seems very flimsy
The item seems robust and well made. But there is a very flimsy plastic ratchet handle that lets the whole thing down. In a bit of a swell I would not have the confidence this could hold an iPad securely enough to tighten it would risk snapping the plastic ratchet handle. It's a shame that they chose to saved money on the one component that mattered.
