Love this item I only wish they had an extra hole just to have in case it ever breaks. It’s hard to find another one that matches it, but it is a great item.

Summary: Better than a garden hose, not as good as even a basic electric pressure washer. Useful for places where there's no hose or poor pressure, or where you have no power. And you could fill your bucket with hot water, which is hard to do with a pressure washer fed by a garden hose. Simpler to set up and put away than a pressure washer, but you still have to lug a five-gallon bucket. Inexpensive. Even though I have a hose and I have a pressure washer, I am keeping this product and have used it a couple of times.I realllllly love this idea and very much wanted it to be great, but didn't really expect much, given the inexpensive price and the amount of power a battery can deliver. When I first got it, I was disappointed, as it was no better than my garden hose with a common hose-end sprayer. However, I decided to exchange it and the good news is that the replacement was better—but really, not by a lot. At my house, with very good water pressure, a hose with standard spray nozzle is maybe 90% as effective and even a mediocre electric pressure washer is much better.It has one advantage, which is that you can wash a car where there is no hose spigot (essentially, it gives you hose pressure and quantity when you have no hose), but even then, you have to lug a large bucket of water.As a pressure washer, my old electric pressure washer is far better, but very inconvenient, as it requires a hose connection and a power outlet, which is why I love the idea of this product and very much want it to work. I do not expect it to match my pressure washer but I do need it to outperform the garden hose.Everything comes together well, though the instructions are pretty meager. But eventually, I figured it all out.Batttery lasts forrrrever. I washed parts of my deck, table and chairs, two trash cans, a rug, the dog's dishes and floor tray and a very grimy hall rug (for a long time) and the battery was still going strong.The soap sprayer attachment works very well, delivering a nice foam.Most of the components are well designed, from the battery and charger to the gun, the soap/foam attachment, and the pressure wand, which includes a simple knob to choose between various pressure wash settings (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, water sweep, and pulse).Not so well designed is the hose, which is stiff and holds any kinks. When I received the product, there was a flattened spot in the hose where something had pinched it, and I had to use a heat gun to eliminate the constriction.The battery was hard to attach and detach, requiring some strong whacking with my palm. Over time, it might get better and if I keep the product, I will try some silicone lube spray on the parts that are too tight. Not a big problem.An included clamp is supposed to attach to your bucket. Not well designed. Very hard to get it to attach to that stiff tube and after it's clipped to the bucket, it twists right out. I clipped off the ears that hold the tube and instead uses a zip tie. Problem resolved.Support was not good at first but very good a little later. I saw very happy reviews, so I thought my poor performing unit was defective. I asked the seller whether this was an exception and whether I should exchange the unit and they sent only a link to PDF of the manual (which, by the way, is quite weak and directs the user to a YouTube video via a QR code. Sigh.) I am guessing they want me to find the troubleshooting hints and there is some value there, as it says to make sure the hose isn't bent and the filter is fully submerged. OK, but that didn't resolve the issue. I went ahead and ordered a replacement and it was much better. I later heard from the seller who gave me a more complete answer and was very, very helpful.So, after a bit of messing around, I ended up pretty happy and find this a handy addition to my home and car.

Made a bit of a mess on the balcony and let me tell you this is absolutely perfect for small space cleaning. Goodvalue for the money perfect pressure. Look this is not commercial grade pressure washing but i believe it takes care of most issues. Definitely found it valuable.

Turns on & makes noise but does not spray a single drop of water, strongly recommend against this product. Tried using it after the return window otherwise I would’ve requested a refund.

This is an exceptional general purpose cleaning machine, plenty of power washing your car with the included foam cannon and blasting dirt off without having to worry about the paint.The build quality is good, nothing shakes or rattles where it shouldn’t. The unit is water tight, no leaks between the nozzle and the input.The battery seems to last quite a while, the first charge took about 3 hours and it’s lasted through 2 car washes and tidying up the patio/exterior.If you need a pressure washer for stripping your driveway to bare concrete, this isn’t it. For general purpose cleaning where you don’t have a garden hose, this is amazing.It has a rotating head with the usual increments found in a pressure washer and has a pass through setting that allows you to use it like a regular hose without a lot of pressure. Good for watering deck-bound gardens.Comes with a case for storing all the parts in one place.I intend to bring this along on kayaking/biking trips and camping when setting up near the car to clean dirty equipment.I’d recommend this for anyone with dubious access to exterior water.

The waterline hose was kinked when we received it. Other than that, it was all included. The instructions were not very clear. In fact, there are four.O rings included but no instructions of where they go. We put it all together without the O-rings and took it to the lake to power wash the boat. It worked really well.
