Great for Wall Openings!
Great product for flashing wall openings. Product is very durable and bonds EXTREMELY well to wood! Did notice that OSI caulk and the Prosoco R Guard liquid House Wrap doesn't bond to well to this product. It bonds, but i would like to see a better bond?

The flashing is for real
It's not cheap, but it does a great job. It dries to a hard rubber consistency which worked really well to flash the tar paper around our windows. We flashed the rough opening first, to seal the tar paper to the OSB, and then flashed a second time after installing the window itself.

Sloppy and hard to use
Even bought the gun for this but it just splooches out the top and sides, getting everywhere. Really a poorly designed tube. The glue held ok I guess. It did pull up in some spots. Had to reglue with another round of this awful stuff
