Just like the cookie flavor!
The texture is good and not hard on your teeth to chew. And the flavor is spot on like a good Snickerdoodle cookie! The price is a bit high, but I'll repurchase these for a treat once in a while.

Tasty bars but price...
I've wanted these for a while. The taste is absolutely delicious but my reason for the 3 stars is the fact they are ridiculously small. My pic doesn't do justice to the laughable size. If you were to fold the top and bottom you'd see the bar is just not worth the current price. Espcially on here where sellers change prices daily/weekly.I know we are inflation mode but come on. These are worth at best $2. Looking at these remind of like those $1 Kit-Kat choocolate packs at the store. That's how tiny these are to compare. I'd get them again if they were bigger.
