This Gripmaster is recommended was recommended by my wife's Physiotherapist at Colchester Hospital. In fact, an identical product was supplied by the Hospital on loan, but they want it back st some time soon. So it was suggested that my wife purchase this product. It is of excellent quality and does what it says on the tin. It is a simple and effective measure to strengthen hand and wrist muscles.

Got this for my husband but not knowing how light light was going to be I just started from the bottom. He does use it which is the main thing. Would like to get next one but again not sure how much harder it will be.

Really happy with this. Came in good time. Ok, so you don't get any fancy packaging but the grips were fine and they came with an exercise guide. The medium didn't feel tight enough at first but after 10 mins I could really feel it working.Really comply to hold and good for working each finger as well as your hand.Will be getting the next one up soon but won't get rid of the medium.

Bought this for someone whose MS relapse effected their hands, making them numb, crampy and weak. Regular use of this very portable (pocket-sized) tool has improved both the strength and dexterity of the muscles in her hands. I also enjoy using it, in much the same way as people sometimes fiddle with executive-toy type things or stress balls.I took a bit of a guess about the strength of this device (as there's quite a range to choose from) but this one seems about right for both of us... There's enough resistance to offer a challenge, but enough movement in the springs to allow satisfaction even on weaker hand days.I would recommend this for anyone... let's face it, no one's ever struggled with having hands that are too strong!

Just right for me to improve my grip strength. Comes with a leaflet of recommended excercises. Very good price. I previously have used a normal (non-medical branded) medium (red) gripmaster which is rated at 7lbs and I found this too difficult for some of the individual finger exercises. This is a great product.

Have used these grips for years to strengthen handicap hand. Quality product that last for years. Keep right next to my recliner and use while watching TV. Come in different strengths. I have accumulated several over the years. Great hand rehabilitation tool.
